2. Receive Your Shipping Label
After placing your order, you will receive a UPS shipping label via email.

3. Professionals Service Your Glove
You will receive an email notification as soon as your glove has been received.
If we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out via phone call to discuss options.
4. Getting Your Glove Back
After the service, your glove will be mailed back. Once the label has been printed, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.

A true master at work. I can't say enough about how amazing our experience has been with Glove Refresh. There are a lot of fly-by-night operations out there that will re-lace a glove but I've never seen a complete service (leather cleaning, repair, re-lace, etc.) that is done with such care. My daughters own probably a dozen gloves and my philosophy has always been, "you get what you pay for." If you want your great glove to last, it stills needs a little TLC and that's where Glove Refresh comes in. I wholeheartedly trust Glove Refresh to handle all of our gloves. If you're local, I envy you for having such a great resource nearby. I live in North Carolina but to me, there's no question who will Refresh, recondition, repair, re-lace, and break-in all of our gloves from here on out. Glove Refresh makes the process of shipping gloves easy and hassle free. I think one of the greatest things Glove Refresh has to offer is daily glove care tips on social media. One more Bonus I almost forgot to mention; lace color options! My daughters have had gloves reconditioned by the manufacturer in Texas, but they only re-lace with what they built the gloves with. Glove Refresh enables then to choose from a ton of different colors!

John at Glove Refresh smoked the A2000 that we sent in, now it’s tender with the right amount of pull.
The glove by design is a little stiff for what my daughter likes so we made the decision to get it professionally broke in and we couldn’t be more satisfied. This thing is awesome, it went from stiff to the point where it was not any fun to play catch with to the point where she gave up old faithful after the first round of playing catch with the newly broke in A2000.

I would like to first comment on the professionalism of these young gentlemen act love refresh, they are very professional and polite when you call to ask questions. At first I was a little skeptical because I have been ripped off from Facebook people once before, but I saw that this young company was on a local news station which gave me a little piece about a transaction I wanted to make. So I purchased the service immediately I was given a shipping label and instructions as to what to do I shipped off my son's brand new Wilson a2000 catching glove that was hard as a rock and you guys know what I mean. In under a week it was returned to my son and it was more than game ready he did not have to do any extra work to start catching . The next day he went to indoor practice and it was as if he had this mitt already for some time. He loves the break-in they did exactly what they said they would do and we appreciate and endorse this service. I'm going to say if they had 10 Stars they would get 10 stars from us because they are very professional they say what they mean and mean what they say they are trustworthy and the work is quality. Awesome Job!!
Ok, I was a little skeptical at first but wow. I just got my son’s glove back today and I am totally blown away!! You all have done an absolutely amazing job. I had no idea what to expect but wow, and the look on my son’s face when he saw it, Priceless thank you all so much. Btw I’ll be sending mine in next week and my brother will probably follow as well. Again a phenomenal job wow truly did blow me away!
