- MULTIPLE GLOVE ORDERS! (For orders with more than one glove, please write a description of your glove in the instructions box to allow us to identify which service is for which glove. (Brand, Model or Web, and Color))
- NO VINTAGE GLOVES! (Once leather reaches a certain age it's strength and flexibility drastically decreases. This makes the refresh process more difficult and time consuming while also increases the risk of tears and cracks. For this reason we no longer work on gloves older than 20 years old.) For referrals please reach out and we can recommend relacers that specialize in this area.

Refresh Service
The Refresh is our top service and includes everything we can do to get your old glove looking and feeling new again.
What's Included:
- Lace Removal: We start by removing the standard laces from your new glove, creating a blank canvas for your customization.
- Thorough Cleaning: While apart we give your glove a thorough cleaning with leather cleaner is make sure it is free from dirt and other contaminants.
- Fresh Palm Adhesive: If needed we will add fresh palm adhesive to give the palm a better shape and remove palm bubbles.
- Full Glove Conditioning: We thoroughly conditioning your glove with premium products, ensuring it's soft, supple, and hydrated.
- Full Relace in Color of Choice: Our skilled relacers meticulously relace your glove with precision and attention to detail, ensuring a professional look and feel in the color of your choice.
Mailing Process

After your order is placed we will manually create you a shipping label to send in your order.
Once you receive your label via email simply package your glove/gloves (use whatever box is convenient for you), attach the shipping label, and take it to your selected mailing service.
You will receive email confirmation when your glove/gloves arrive to our shop.

Our son received his glove about 4 years ago for Christmas. He is now in 14u travel, and this glove has seen better days. He got a new glove for Christmas last year, but did not like it at all. I sent my glove to get a full refresh and left the lacing choice up to the guy doing the work on where the 2 colors i wanted would look best and John knocked it out of the park the red and white laces look great on my mostly black and blue Heart of the Hide
