Mailing Process

After your order is placed we will manually create you a shipping label to send in your order.
Once you receive your label via email simply package your glove/gloves (use whatever box is convenient for you), attach the shipping label, and take it to your selected mailing service.
You will receive email confirmation when your glove/gloves arrive to our shop.

I first heard of Glove Refresh through their YouTube vlogs and started following them on IG since I found relacing gloves for myself and friends as a really fun/therapeutic activity. I was working on a new Mizuno I purchased and got myself in a deep hole with no way out. I reached out to the team and Alex answered in maybe minutes from my first email and offered any advice he had so I could finish the job on my own but I decided the pros at Glove Refresh should take care of it for me. I sent it in on a Tuesday afternoon and received my completed glove back Saturday morning. John did a killer job lacing my glove up, it looks and feels amazing! I would gladly give Glove Refresh my money time and time again for the amazing service and craftsmanship!
